The Saulteaux Pelly Agency Health Alliance (SPAHA) is a First Nations-led partnership dedicated to transforming healthcare in Treaty 4 territory. Grounded in Indigenous knowledge and guided by community leadership, SPAHA brings culturally safe, accessible, and comprehensive health services to the people of Cote, Keeseekoose, and The Key First Nations—on and off reserve. From primary care to mental wellness, long-term care to traditional healing, we are building a future where health is rooted in who we are.

Mental Health and Addiction

A residential program with 18 beds for Elders and special needs clients, offering 24/7 medical supervision, personal care, and spiritual support within a culturally grounded setting.

Primary Care


Delivers in-person and virtual medical consultations, chronic disease management, preventive care, and immunizations through the TeleLodge platform and on-site clinicians.

Pharmacy Services


Manages medication reviews, prescription refills, and delivery of medical supplies, integrated into the OneChart system.
